At Proyecto Tití, recycling isn’t just something we talk about — it’s something we do every single day.

Today, on International Women’s Day, we celebrate the power of women’s leadership—and two extraordinary women whose dedication has helped protect forests, inspire communities, and safeguard a future for the critically endangered cotton-top tamarin.

At Proyecto Tití, our mission is to protect cotton-top tamarins and the tropical dry forest—but we also believe that every animal matters. Over the years, we have adopted many abandoned dogs found near Los Tities de San Juan Forest Reserve, giving them a safe home, veterinary care, and lots of love.
